BuildPilot is a construction technology company in Kuwait, helping owners procure construction work fairly and helping contractors run the jobs they win.
Why we exist
Millions are spent every year on construction, renovation and fit-out projects across the region, yet most are still run through WhatsApp messages, incomparable PDF quotes, and handshake scope. Owners carry the risk; good contractors lose work to whoever quotes the loudest. We built BuildPilot to replace that with a fair, structured, and transparent process.
What we do
We combine software with real procurement work: our team prepares quantity takeoffs and scopes of work, verifies contractors, runs structured tenders, and gives both sides one workspace from bidding through handover. A contractor can also run its own job on the same platform, from the drawing to the final account. Software alone doesn't get projects built — process and accountability do.
